Hey there,
I was looking for a few weeks or so in binoculars and telescopes for bird watching - but money is a huge problem for me.

As a high school student, I'm a bit strapped for cash. However, I still want an effective range of bird watching - which is easy, decent, waterproof, and yes - cheap.

If anyone has any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
