Bounty Calories Why Are There More Calories In 7 Oz Of Fat Free Yogurt Than A Bar Of Chocolate?

Why are there more calories in 7 oz of fat free yogurt than a bar of chocolate? - bounty calories

It makes me crazy!
Fat free or virtually free of fat (.2%) and has 110 calories 7 ounces (200 grams) and a Bounty bar has 130 calories.
lol, I know it's a bit stupid, but not everyone thinks he's crazy? "

And I know there are more calories in chocolate, but there is almost the same thing!

We have to see where the calories come from. In chocolate, it probably comes from fat. 1 gram of fat equals 9 calories. In the non-fat yogurt, get more calories from carbohydrates / protein. The two have only 4 calories per gram so obtained with the highest content of yogurt. Not to mention some fiber and calcium. However, we believe, a better non-fat yogurt, sweetened with Splenda is sucralose (). And then you only need about 60 calories per packet.

They are two completely different foods. It is like when you ask why there are 4 calories in a cluster, and only 1 in a cherry tomato.

I always choose yogurt. Protein rhythms of sugar at any time.
