What is the cheapest and easiest way for me to weld my own bicycle frame? - three wheel electric car
I have a project for school, I welded a couple of bicycles with other tubes to make a car as part of, not so great, but I'm maybe three thinknig wheels for one person. and add an electric motor with a pair of 12V marine batteries. I weigh about 200 pounds. I knolwedge no tools or soldering. May or may not be able to buy tools at cost price .. I am a student fast .. a study of welding and arc welding and MIG welding and .... burnzomatic jb I have to do a garage of my house for this project, I want to know, the price may special tools and tables, and so on. and everything you think you need to know ..

When I say something that you try, I want to make some detailed drawings of the project, allowed the investigation of possible pieces. Then I was a model of the project, possibly with Dowler and balsam wood. This is to test the concept and make changes.
Then there were all the pages and cut the pipe to fit with the right tools. Probably small hole drilling and wire them all assembled together in one product. If everything works well, and looked, then I would you are an expert welder until the end.
Welding is an art that requires considerable practice to master. And good equipment is expensive, especially for the architecture / Tig. But this could be the guy who really benefit from it. Future projects in mind.

Then you have to hold a model for all the pipes for welding. You can no moving parts, welding mild tweeks can feel the honorable rideability havoc on a bicycle.
Then there is the welding, if you have no experience, I strongly recommend the practice of trying a few months ago to move a framework that will increase, especially if you have a motor and battery to weld it.
